I have my pre-order in and I'm anxious for May 8th to get here so I can actually play the game (demo.)
But, I'm really excited for the 26th, now if I can only get some money so I can pick up X-Edge the week before, then I'd seriously be set for the summer.
Umm...Storm was just joking along with the OP. I think you're the one who needs to take a chill pill (ha, old joke FTW!)
Seriously, he was wasn't getting angry or ridiculing him in anyway.
Well I'm just glad that they're adding some finally. I really only want them so I can play them on my PSP.
I like Remote Play, but the lag is not cool. So this allows me to play the games in better image quality (the PSP screen/size makes these games look twice as good as a TV can,) and I don't have to worry about any lag/delay, or loss of quality.
Awesome!
Mostly though, since I own a bunch of PS1 games, I'll stick to the ones I don't own (like Residen...
I thought it was funny when the writer compared inFamous to The Orange Box.
Seriously, the original developer of TOB (Valve,) didn't want to have anything to do with the PS3 port, so it was left up to EA and their team.
How can he compare a first party developer to a fourth party developer? At least compare it to something properly. Besides, the game isn't even released yet, how does he know it will be a technical failure anyway?
...cause I don't think my PC can really handle it (Vista, 3Ghz Pentium 4, Nvidia GeForce 7800GT, 2GB of RAM.)
I played Guild Wars for so many hours that I had to stop because I got burnt out, but I hope this one can get me back into MMO/MMOesque games. It looks fantastic, that's for sure.
For one, the PS3 is barely over two years old, yet has an install base of 22 million. Seems to me like it's right on track of the 360. The 360 is at 28 million and just over three years old.
I'd say both systems are doing very well, and IMO both are worth owning. While I think a price cut would benefit the number of PS3 owners, I understand why Sony isn't budging on the price.
The only thing the PS3 needs desperately is some JRPGs. The only one's I've played this gen...
...and I cannot wait. I hate the fact that newer games take so long to make, but most in the end are worth the wait, and I'm hoping that FFXIII is the same.
It isn't buying exclusives. Sony's just saying if they want help that it's available for exclusivity.
They are not outright buying games for their service. Incentive is the perfect word for what they're doing. It's not as if the developer has no choice in the matter. They can decline the offer and have it multiplatform.
I think it's a great idea and will provide PSN with an even more solid collection of downloadable games.
Hope it's ZOE3, I would probably pee myself if it was (just kidding, I wouldn't pee myself, but I'd be the happiest gamer in the world, that's for sure.)
Hope it's good!
I'll believe it when I see it. I still think FFXIII will push more PS3 sales (even in the US,) and overall the PS3 version will dominate.
Who knows really, but I will be getting it on PS3, cause FF is still a Playstation franchise to me (since I began playing them on PS,) but really, if I had no choice I really wouldn't care. As long as I got to play the I would be content.
That looks amazing. I will most likely be picking this up on Day 1. 2D is still great and more devs need to look into more 2D stuff (especially a new 2D Metroid game :)
As a primary Tactician I have to agree with everything he's stated. My spawn points have helped my team win countless times (not saying that's the only thing that did it,) yet I wasn't awarded for it aside from the win.
Also, the flying bot is great, but like he said, trying to get the ribbon with a weak flying bot is impossible. I don't think they should change the bot, but instead change the ribbon and make it have a requirement of calling in air support 10x in a match. That'd ...
I suppose the 360 only gamers now know how PS3 only gamers have been feeling for the longest time now.
PS3 has been getting shafted from the beginning, then again, Sony didn't make the best decisions. Oh well, I'm happy that I own both consoles, but I still hate the whole exclusive DLC crap (even though I don't believe that this is what's happening here.)
For example:
Xenogears
FFX
Uncharted (just as good as IJ movies)
There are others I feel are far better then movie storylines.
Let's be honest though, SO will likely not have one of those storylines (I'm still barely on the planet Lemuris, so I can't say for sure.) SO3 didn't have an amazing story, but it was good, and kept me interested. SO4 will most likely have the same thing, which is fine by me.
Maybe now the people who complain about the controls will forget KZ2 and stop whining.
While I would enjoy it either way (ie. the way it currently is, or the way people want it to be,) I'm just happy that they're sticking with one decision, and I hope it stops the stupidity.
I am having a blast with the game, and so are many others online. Sure the controls do take a while to get (it took me a good 10 hrs, before I completely wrapped my head around how much different...
That was brilliant. The music owns and the level of awesomeness is unmeasurable.
I think it works both ways. PS3 is the best value for the money, but the 360 is more accessible to the average consumer.
Sure if you add all the features that the 360 is missing from the PS3 it makes the 360 more expensive, then again, those things aren't needed.
Either way, I feel that both systems are worth their respective prices (except for the extremely high priced wi-fi adapter for the 360,) and I'm glad I own all three systems. Of course if I had to choose jus...
Dead Space owns and it's definitely worthy of a sequel (or three lol,) and I hope it gets here at least by next year.
....that the article is written horribly? I was trying to read it, but it's sort of difficult to with writing like that.
Anyways, people need to get off of the subject IMO. Sony is still doing just fine and based off of this year's lineup, it'll most likely be getting even better for Sony.
What do I care though, I own all three systems and don't have to worry about the whole "who will win the console war thing," cause I know who's already won - and that wou...
